Your main responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for the customer
• Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally
• Handle orders, forms, and applications
• Collaborate with internal colleagues as needed
• Identify customer needs and contribute to high customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone who:

• Has Swedish as their mother tongue or speaks fluent Swedish
• Has good knowledge of English (B2–C1 level)
• Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Has good communication skills and listens actively
• Enjoys speaking on the phone and helping customers

Other requirements:

• Holds an EU passport
• Is ready to move to Athens
