Are you a driven and goal-oriented salesperson looking to work remotely?

At Nordpolen Energi, we are growing and are now looking for committed salespeople who want to help individuals and businesses invest in solar panel systems, battery systems, and roof replacements.

As a salesperson with us, you will work from home and be responsible for the entire sales process, from the first contact to the completed deal.

You will receive concrete customer inquiries that you will contact via phone. You will schedule and conduct phone meetings where you present a solution tailored to the customer's circumstances and needs. After that, you will create and send a quote and follow up on the deal until it is finalized.

You will work towards clearly defined goals and have great opportunities to influence both your own salary and the company's development, as you work closely with management on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities

• Contact incoming customer inquiries to schedule phone meetings
• Hold phone meetings and present solutions for solar panel systems, battery systems, and roof replacements
• Prepare and send quotes based on the customer's circumstances and needs
• Follow up and drive deals to completion
• Work towards set goals and contribute to the team's overall results

We are looking for someone who

• Is independent, driven, and goal-oriented
• Enjoys working from home and can take responsibility
• Has good communication skills and enjoys building customer relationships
• Is computer literate and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has previous sales experience (required)

We offer:

• 100% employment with a 6-month probationary period, followed by a permanent position
• Base salary plus commission
