XboxLab is now looking for a customer service representative at 50% who wants to work broadly with customer contact and administration. In this role, you will be an important part of the daily flow and contribute to ensuring that customers, orders, and internal processes run smoothly.

About the role

In the customer service role, you will provide support to customers, suppliers, and internal functions. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, register and follow up on orders, and assist with administrative and finance-related tasks.

You will work with:

• Customer contact via phone and email
• Order management and follow-up
• Administration related to finance and invoices
• Coordination with sales and other colleagues
• Handling delivery issues, complaints, and return administration

Who are you?

We believe that you have experience in customer service or administrative work and are accustomed to working in financial systems, preferably Fortnox or similar. You communicate fluently in Swedish, Finnish, and English. You create a positive customer experience and are comfortable communicating via phone and email.

As a person, you are service-oriented, solution-focused, responsible, and enjoy a role where you can manage many parallel tasks. You are curious, service-minded, and feel comfortable working remotely. We also see that you are a team player and enjoy collaborating in a smaller Nordic team.
