Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with PEGA expertise.

What you will work on

• Act as Senior Business Analyst in an agile SAFe setup within a scrum team
• Break down features into clear, well-defined user stories and requirements
• Ensure quality throughout the development chain, from specification to testing and acceptance
• Work closely with developers and testers on complex systems and integrations
• Contribute both strategically and operationally to solution design and delivery
• Perform third-line support by analyzing and handling production incidents
• Support and mentor junior Business Analysts
• Contribute to common ways of working, standards, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders in a complex financial systems landscape

What you bring

• Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments
• Proven experience working with PEGA
• Experience from the lending / financial services domain
• Strong understanding of agile ways of working, preferably SAFe
• Experience working across the full development lifecycle (requirements, specification, testing, QA)
• Experience handling production incidents and support cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English
