Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst

What you will work on

• Lead stakeholder discovery and translate business needs into clear, structured solution requirements
• Model end-to-end processes, including current state (AS-IS) and future state (TO-BE) flows
• Define and manage requirements, ensuring traceability to roadmap and delivery milestones
• Support roadmap planning by optimizing sequencing of capabilities to maximize business value
• Define acceptance and evaluation criteria for solution assessments and prototypes
• Prepare communication materials, demo scenarios, and change support content
• Define IT solution expectations in collaboration with architects and delivery teams
• Contribute inputs to business cases, KPI baselines, and value realization metrics
• Support prototyping of selected capabilities using user-centric scenarios
• Participate in core team meetings, workshops, and structured program cadence

What you bring

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large, cross-functional organizations
• Strong capability in business process modeling and requirements structuring
• Experience translating high-level business needs into implementable solution requirements
• Proven facilitation experience across engineering, operations, service, purchasing, sales, and IT
• Experience working with digital transformation or PLM-related initiatives
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation
• Ability to manage requirement traceability across roadmap, solution design, and delivery
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support change and adoption initiatives
