We are now looking for a meticulous and structured HR Assistant to join our wonderful team at the regional office in Halmstad. The position is a temporary employment with hourly pay during the period as soon as possible – 30/9 2026 with an average working time of 20 hours per week. The team currently consists of two HR assistants, a recruitment specialist, and a group manager. Your Role

Working as an HR Assistant with us in Halmstad means being part of a strong HR team passionate about people and development.

• Manage and control personnel and payroll data on a daily basis
• Support the region's responsible managers via email and phone on various HR topics
• Register working hours for store staff
• Handle training administration
• Produce personnel reports on a weekly and monthly basis
• Support our workplace consultant and our training managers with administrative tasks
• Ensure the department's HR processes and communication regarding these

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who wants to develop in the HR field. You are a team player and enjoy working in a group.

Qualifications we appreciate

• You have a completed or ongoing academic or post-secondary education, preferably in HR
• You are meticulous, structured, and enjoy administrative tasks
• You are curious to understand how different systems and processes are interconnected
• You are good at collaborating, solution-oriented, and care about meeting deadlines
• You are proficient in Google Workspace and have good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A driving license (B) is an asset, not a requirement
