Kick-start or accelerate your sales career in digital advertising from sunny southern Spain.

We’re looking for a Native English-speaking Inside Sales Representative to work with SMB clients across English-speaking markets, helping them unlock growth through online advertising.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and converting a strong outbound sales pipeline using calls, email, LinkedIn and video
• Identifying new business opportunities and moving them quickly through the funnel
• Running structured outreach campaigns across key verticals
• Supporting advertisers through pilot campaigns and early performance wins
• Partnering with account managers to ensure long-term client success
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, BDR/SDR or lead generation roles
• Native English speaker
• Comfortable in a high-activity, performance-driven sales environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in digital marketing, advertising or SaaS
