We are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join an international team in beautiful Greece.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the customer's first point of contact. You assist customers via chat, email, and phone, always ensuring friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Assisting customers with questions about products, orders, accounts, and technical issues
  • Working in a ticketing system and following internal procedures
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience
  • Collaborating with other departments for effective problem-solving

We are looking for someone who:

  • Speaks fluent Danish (C2 – a requirement)
  • Has good knowledge of English
  • Is service-oriented, structured, and communicative
  • Thrives in an international and multicultural work environment
  • Can work shifts, including some weekends and holidays
  • Has a clean background check
