Working in a Rusta store is dynamic and varied, and as a salesperson responsible for goods reception, you are right where the action is! You are part of the store's management team and oversee the entire flow – from when the goods arrive until they are placed on the sales floor. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, delegate tasks to others, and take responsibility for order, structure, and efficiency in goods reception. No day is the same with us. One day you receive deliveries and organize the warehouse, the next day you support daily sales activities – because regardless of the task, the customer experience is always in focus.

You don’t need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe that you:

  • Enjoy creating order and structure – it’s your thing
  • Have an easy time absorbing information and explaining it simply to others
  • Have a coaching approach and enjoy supporting your colleagues
