About the role
The Dewesoft team in Sweden is looking for a creative and results-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to be responsible for the Norwegian market. You will develop business, provide technical support, and build strong relationships with both new and existing customers – primarily test engineers within R&D departments.

In this role, you will be the customer's first point of contact and responsible for both pre- and post-sales. You will work closely with Dewesoft in Sweden and Slovenia, but also with colleagues in other countries.

We are looking for someone who is technically knowledgeable, self-driven, and motivated to drive new business while nurturing existing customer relationships.

Location and employment
Permanent position, full-time
Flexible location, but you must reside in Norway
Fluent Norwegian in both spoken and written form

Main responsibilities
Grow sales and customer base in Norway
Conduct technical sales visits to new and existing customers
Hold product presentations, webinars, and participate in trade shows
Independently identify and develop project opportunities and customers
Register and follow up on leads, projects, and customer visits
Prepare quotes and work in CRM systems

Qualifications and characteristics
Independent and proactive with experience in business development
Strong customer service orientation
Documented sales success and growth
Relevant industry experience in Norway
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)
Positive attitude with a “Yes, we can” mindset
Willing to travel approximately 40–50% of the time
Driver's license
