Patient Coordinator - Vein Clinics

At Vein Clinics, we are dedicated to improving the lives of patients at our 18 clinics in Sweden by providing exceptional care for those suffering from varicose veins. We are looking for a motivated and organized Patient Coordinator with a talent for customer service and sales to join our team and ensure that patients receive the support and care they deserve.

The Role:

As a Patient Coordinator, you are the backbone of our customer service and lead management operations, connecting patients with our Swedish clinics. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and enjoy taking initiative to drive results while helping people.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service and lead inquiries for our 18 Swedish clinics.
• Proactively handle large volumes of leads, driven by key performance indicators (KPIs) – both incoming and outgoing work.
• Manage bookings, coordination, scheduling, and planning to ensure smooth operations.
• Potentially take on project management tasks, including outbound outreach and strategic projects to enhance patient engagement.

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Based in Copenhagen/Malmö
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable with your primary work being conducted over the phone.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive “hunter mentality” for lead generation and follow-up.
• Thrives in a KPI-driven environment where performance is measured.
• Passionate about helping patients and motivated by the purpose of alleviating discomfort from varicose veins.
• Healthcare background, such as a nurse or nursing assistant, is a plus.
