We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Fuengirola, who will take full ownership of recruitment for frontline operational roles in an international setting. You will manage the end-to-end hiring process and ensure a smooth and compliant recruitment journey.

This role is initially a temporary position for at least one year, with the possibility of extension. There may also be an opportunity to expand the role with Spain-related HR tasks over time.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience

• Fluent English, written and spoken

Nice to have

• Norwegian or another Scandinavian language

• Knowledge of Norwegian rules and requirements related to recruitment of non-EU citizens
