We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated financial manager who wants to take responsibility for property-related finances and contribute to effective and accurate financial management of our property portfolio.

About the role

As a financial manager, you will be responsible for the financial administration related to properties. You will ensure accurate accounting, budgeting, and follow-up, as well as produce reports and analyses that support the business. The role also involves ongoing contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure good financial governance and transparency in our properties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor budgets for properties and management areas.
• Be responsible for accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and financial administration.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for management, the board, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with year-end closing, monthly and annual reporting, as well as regulatory reporting.
• Monitor revenues and expenses, analyze key figures, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Act as the contact person for financial-related inquiries with property managers, tenants, and suppliers.

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant education in finance, accounting, or property economics.
• Experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial follow-up, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Is structured, responsible, and has strong analytical skills.
• Communicates well verbally and in writing and enjoys interacting with various stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in accounting according to K2/K3 or other relevant regulations.
• Knowledge of financial systems such as VISMA, Fortnox, or equivalent.
