About Bread & Salt Bread & Salt is a growing player in the bakery and food production industry with 28 stores in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Uppsala. From our central kitchen and bakery in Västberga, we produce fresh bakery items, catering, and salad bars that are delivered daily to our stores and corporate clients. We are in an expansion phase and are now looking for a driven salesperson who wants to help develop our B2B sales towards new corporate clients.

About the role As a B2B salesperson, your focus will be to contact new corporate clients via phone and email to offer our range of catering, ready-made meals, bakery products, and salad bars to workplaces in the Stockholm area. You will work with active prospecting, follow-up, and business development towards new customers. The products are in demand, and the sales cycle is relatively short – prepare for many deals.

We appreciate if you take your own initiatives and are solution-oriented when it comes to finding new customers and increasing sales. At the same time, you should be structured and used to documenting your work in a CRM system. The role suits you who has a lot of energy, finds it easy to make new contacts, and enjoys working towards set goals. A high activity level is key to good results.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and contacting new corporate clients via phone, email, and digital meetings
  • Writing quotes and negotiating prices
  • Client meetings (phone, digital, and sometimes on-site)
  • Documentation and follow-up in the CRM system
  • Close collaboration with production, logistics, and customer service
  • Identifying new business opportunities and market segments

We are looking for someone who

  • Has previous experience in B2B sales, preferably from the food industry or catering
  • Is familiar with working in the Office suite and CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar)
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
  • Has a B driver's license
  • Is driven, results-oriented, and enjoys closing deals
  • Is unpretentious, engaged, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Start: By agreement
  • Base salary plus commission
