Job Description

As Rituals’ new retail sales associate, you are passionate about customer experience and teamwork. Every Rituals customer is unique. With your skills and knowledge, you guide each customer to the right products to meet their needs. In addition to this, you are responsible for:

• Working closely with your colleagues to achieve your and the store's goals.
• Engaging with customers and delivering a ‘Best in Class’ customer experience.
• Keeping the store clean and tidy according to company standards, ensuring products are always presented in line with Rituals’ visual merchandising guidelines.
• Following safety procedures in the store.

In return, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and develop your knowledge and skills in retail through our global training programs, where you will learn more about our product range and sales techniques.

Qualifications

In the store, you work alongside passionate and enthusiastic colleagues who truly work with Heart & Soul. Just like you, they are dedicated to creating a magical customer experience. You are one of a kind because you have the ability to make genuine connections with customers and make them feel at home in our stores. As a Rituals advisor, you are also professional and an ambassador for our brand. You also have:

• Relevant experience from a similar position in retail, customer service, or health.
• A results-oriented mindset and are a team player.
• The ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• An eye for detail, are organized and structured.
• Excellent language skills in Norwegian and English.
