We are currently looking for a Harman Field Sales Representative for full-time work in and around the Stockholm area, starting on February 2nd, 2026.

Harman Field Sales

We are seeking a full-time Field Sales Representative for Harman from the Stockholm area and north, focusing on enhancing the quality of customer experience, primarily in retail. In this role, you will be an ambassador for two leading audio brands - JBL and Harman Kardon. In close collaboration with Harman's Nordic headquarters, your goal will be to increase awareness, visibility, and sales of Harman's products in the retail market.

Responsibilities

The Harman Field Sales team has several key roles in sales support, supply chain, training of store staff, merchandising, and reporting. As a Field Sales Representative, you will:

• Increase brand awareness through selected channels, ensuring that Harman's products and services are actively marketed in-store
• Be responsible for managing store displays through ongoing updates and maintenance.
• Ensure product knowledge in retail by training sales staff
• Boost direct sales in key stores through active selling of Harman's products and services during the store's busiest hours
• Build relationships with store managers, key personnel, and store staff
• Ensure that Harman's products are always presented in the best possible way by increasing shelf and display space
• Conduct product presentations at major events
• Stay updated on products from JBL and Harman Kardon

To succeed in this position, you are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, easily collaborate with various types of people, and quickly build strong relationships.

You are a skilled communicator with infectious energy, love learning new things, and have the ability to turn product features into engaging stories. You work in a structured and independent manner, are results-oriented, and goal-driven.

Other qualifications

We prefer that you are:

• From retail and consumer electronics
• Good at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Well-organized and efficient in planning your own time and workday
• Outgoing and skilled in presentations and training
• An inspiring person with a good ability to persuade others
• Knowledgeable in electronics and audio systems
• Have a driver's license

The position also requires that you are proficient in English and fluent in Swedish, as you will be part of a Nordic team.
