Summer Temporary Position as Personal Assistant in Ekerö

We are looking for engaged and responsible individuals for summer temporary positions as personal assistants for our clients in Ekerö. As a personal assistant with us, you will be offered visits and introductions to clients before you start working independently. Additionally, you will undergo a digital introduction, so it is advantageous if you possess good computer skills and master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

As a substitute, you will work according to a schedule with one or more clients, and you will need to be flexible enough to step in extra when needed. The working hours may vary and include daytime, evening, night, and weekends. Flexibility is therefore an important quality for those applying for this summer position.

The tasks vary depending on the client's needs but mainly include accompanying activities, cleaning the household, preparing meals, assisting with feeding, managing medication and aids, transfers, handling incontinence protection, and personal hygiene.

Experience working as a personal assistant is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you are attentive, empathetic, flexible, observant, and enjoy helping others.

As a personal assistant, you will also be responsible for maintaining social documentation related to your working hours. Therefore, it is important that you have a good command of the Swedish language and are familiar with using smartphones and computers.

The work as a summer temporary employee may be assigned to one or more clients. There is also the possibility of working as a substitute both before and after the summer.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare or as a personal assistant is an advantage
• Experience working with various types of aids and disabilities
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Experience using smartphones and computers
