Transport Planner at Sto Scandinavia in Linköping

We are seeking a transport planner for Sto Scandinavia in Linköping, responsible for coordinating, planning, and administering transport logistics at the central warehouse. This is a consulting assignment with a desired start in March 2026, extending to October 2026, with the possibility of an extension. The assignment is 100%, and working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

About the Position

As a Transport Planner at Sto Scandinavia, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating transport flows to ensure efficient and timely deliveries to our customers. Together with your colleagues in the transport department, you will work closely with our logistics team, production, and carriers to optimize transport solutions. You will actively contribute to the development of sustainable, cost-effective logistics processes.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan transport, picking, and unloading from the central warehouse
• Booking and administration of transport assignments from the central warehouse
• Booking, handling, and administration of transport assignments related to exports from the central warehouse.
• Support the 3PL warehouse with coordination and planning of transports
• Ensure that correct documents accompany transported goods and that applicable laws and regulations are followed during transport (including exports)
• Administration in the current business system and associated transport management system
• Control and coding of invoices for freight costs
• Processing of error logs in the business system related to transport
• Participation in inventories of the central warehouse and external warehouse
• Other existing tasks handled by logistics and distribution

We would like you to have;

• Work experience in administration
• Education in logistics or equivalent education is a merit
• Good computer skills within the Office suite, experience with SAP, Nshift is a merit
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, knowledge of other Nordic languages is a merit
