About the Position

Siemens Energy is now looking for a communicative and solution-oriented planner who thrives in a global and dynamic environment. Do you want to be the hub in the planning of international gas turbine projects? Then the role of Field Service Planner might be just right for you!

In the role of FS Planner, you will be a central part of the planning work within the field service organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right resources with the right skills are in the right place at the right time – globally. You will work closely with an engaged team and several internal interfaces to create efficient and quality-assured planning flows.

The team currently consists of about 33 employees and is divided into functions that handle preparation, visas, invoicing, and other support for the field service operations.

The role suits you if you are structured, communicative, and enjoy managing complex flows with clarity and drive.

Your Responsibilities

As a Field Service Planner, you will among other things:

Be responsible for operational and strategic planning of field resources in global projects
Coordinate with internal and external interfaces worldwide
Manage and update planning flows in systems such as OnePM and Salesforce
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and working methods within planning

About You

You have experience in service, planning, or logistics and thrive in a role where collaboration and structure are central success factors. You are used to working with multiple parallel tasks and have a knack for communicating clearly with different parts of the organization.

Requirements

Experience in service and/or logistics
Good ability to work in a structured manner and prioritize
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

Post-secondary education in logistics, planning, or equivalent
Experience working in an international environment
Knowledge of OnePM and Salesforce

This is a consulting assignment via Adecco starting on 16/2 or by agreement. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
