Now, Svensk Plaståtervinning needs engaged summer substitutes for their logistics department as transport coordinators when their employees go on well-deserved vacation.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of transport coordinator, you will work with the following tasks:

• Coordination and booking of transports with contracted carriers

• Support for production and transport planning

• Manage and print transport documents and ensure that incoming and outgoing materials are weighed.

• Ensure that outgoing transports have the correct transport documents

• Register incoming and outgoing transports in the business system

• Ensure that inventory balances are correct in the systems

• Manage the order of loading/unloading according to schedule

The working hours as a transport coordinator are scheduled for two shifts.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone studying logistics and transport or purchasing, or someone with experience in similar tasks. You have an interest and understanding of logistics flows. Furthermore, you have good computer skills and are proficient in working with different systems. For this position, very good knowledge of Swedish and English is required.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you are flexible, meticulous, and self-driven. You are used to planning and structuring work in advance. You collaborate well with others and have the ability to communicate both internally and with external parties. You are calm, stress-resistant, and accommodating in your approach and are not afraid to take initiative.

Svensk Plaståtervinning uses the business system Monitor, and it is advantageous if you have worked in any MPS/MRP system.
