You will play a central role in coordinating and developing our capacity and resource planning, both in the short (1.5 years) and long term (5 years). The role involves:

• Coordinating the resource and capacity process at the business unit level
• Ensuring data quality and analysis in the project management tool Antura
• Developing workflows, views, and KPI structures in the tool
• Supporting project managers and line managers in their views
• Contributing to training materials and improvement initiatives
• Presenting results and identifying new opportunities
• Working closely with the back-office team and supporting technical planning, cost tracking, and project support

You will build a broad network within the organization – both digitally via Teams and physically by moving between different groups and managers. Onboarding will take place together with the team, where you will receive support from mentors and colleagues who already work with these processes.

We are looking for someone with…

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field
• Understanding of how larger companies operate – preferably from a manufacturing background
• Experience in strategic planning, project planning, and resource planning

The assignment is classified. Prior to employment, you must undergo a security clearance and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations. This may involve citizenship requirements.

Desirable qualifications for the position include:

• Previously been a superuser in Antura or similar tools
• Experience in production projects
• Experience in developing KPI structures and analyzing data quality
• Experience in resource planning
