Order Project Manager in Additive Manufacturing

We are now looking for a substitute for the role of Order Project Manager within an additive manufacturing (AM) operation. About the position

As an Order Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating deliveries of 3D-printed components from inquiry to invoicing. You will act as the hub between the customer, internal functions, and partners, ensuring that each assignment is delivered according to agreed quality, cost, and time.

Your main tasks

• Prepare calculations for costs and lead times.
• Clarify the scope and conditions for orders.
• Communicate with customers, project organization, and internal functions within AM as well as external partners.
• Ensure correct handling of costs and revenues.
• Drive progress in ongoing order projects.
• Be responsible for the qualification of components when applicable.
• Work on improvements in processes and methods.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in production and/or project management.
• Good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
• Very good collaboration skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a business that is still developing.

You are structured, curious, and confident in driving several parallel activities. You enjoy acting as a link between technology and the customer and see opportunities even when processes change.
