You are needed as Linköping develops
As an operations contract manager at Lejonfastigheter, you will be responsible for our agreements related to the operational activities within our owned properties. You will be involved in both daily operations and the ongoing development of our work. In your role, you will be Lejonfastigheter's contact person for our service providers and ensure that property management is conducted with the customer's best interests in mind and in accordance with signed agreements. You will maintain a good relationship with our service providers and ensure that our operational agreements for properties are adhered to. You will have significant responsibility and drive your work forward. In your role as an operations contract manager focusing on properties, you will primarily work with:

• Ensuring that operational agreements for our owned properties are adhered to and developed in collaboration with the contracting party – requirements, follow-up, interpretation, contract changes, and complaints. 
• Budget, cost, and quality responsibility for the area of responsibility.
• Ensuring that work is carried out according to established processes in the management system.
• Leading and developing your area of responsibility in line with Lejonfastigheter's mission to help the company achieve its goals 

You will become part of our driven and competent operations team with nine colleagues and will also collaborate extensively with other colleagues at Lejonfastigheter and our service providers.

What do you bring to us?
We are looking for someone with post-secondary technical education or relevant work experience with additional courses in technical management. You have several years of experience in the operation and maintenance of properties, technical knowledge in real estate, as well as knowledge and experience with ABFF and AFF agreements or equivalent contracts. You also have extensive experience working in an operational organization and ensuring contract compliance. Lejonfastigheter is a client organization, so it is important that you are a good and business-minded client.

To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy driving development in close collaboration with the contracting party and working in a customer-oriented organization. In your work, you are driven, proactive, and solution-oriented. The role involves many points of contact and varied tasks. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible, have good communication skills, and find it easy to create and maintain relationships. You place great importance on communicating with and updating relevant parties throughout the process and are accommodating, clear, and attentive in your interactions.

Lejonfastigheter owns, develops, and manages community properties where tens of thousands of Linköping residents spend time and work every day.
