At Knightec Group, we challenge ourselves by taking on larger roles in projects by working together in teams. Depending on your role, you may work in one of our in-house teams, in our open office landscape, or at one of our clients. Some of our clients allow partial remote work. You will work within our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering expertise with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to large-scale production.

• Ownership of systems or subsystems and ensuring that set goals are met.

• Coordination between projects and various areas of expertise.

• Drive product development from concept to final delivery with a focus on innovation and quality.

• Act as a technical advisor for clients and ensure that their needs are met.

• Continuously improve processes and methods for increased efficiency and quality in projects.

Qualifications You are a person who enjoys sharing your knowledge while being able to independently drive your own work forward. In addition to your personal qualities, you need to have the following:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related fields

• Experience working as a mechanical designer, in construction and product development

• Experience in validation and verification of technical systems and products.

• Good knowledge of CAD and PDM systems

• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English

• Experience working in the defense industry is a plus.

Practical information This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period, located at our office in Linköping, Ågatan 14. Travel may occur to our clients. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
