About the Position

Bjärka-Säby Egendom is seeking a dedicated assistant for the wedding operations for the period of May – October 2026. In this part-time role at 50%, you will prepare the venues for weddings and events.

The tasks may vary from week to week, depending on the needs leading up to each wedding. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with the responsible coordinator to ensure that all details are in place.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the venues between weddings, which includes cleaning and moving furniture, raking the courtyard, setting up parking signs, etc.
• Ensure that all necessities are stocked before each weekend and that all areas/rooms look nice and inviting.
• Be responsible for washing textiles, such as chair covers and guesthouse linens.
• Drive to pick up/drop off sheets/towels, etc. at the laundry.
• Perform gardening tasks, including watering, weeding, and planting.
• Conduct ongoing check-ins and planning meetings with the responsible coordinator.
• If needed, be present as extra support during weekends.

About You

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and has a problem-solving attitude. You enjoy working physically and independently in varying environments. Experience in similar operations is a plus, but not a requirement.

Important for the position:

• Driver's license (B) and preferably access to a car.
• Able to handle physically demanding tasks that the job entails.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and has a problem-solving mindset.
• An eye for detail and good organizational skills.
