Jefferson Wells is now seeking a project coordinator for Saab in Linköping. The assignment is a consulting assignment with a start date to be agreed upon.

About the role

As a project coordinator, you will play a central role in the daily operations of projects and become an important support to project and program managers. You will work broadly with planning, coordination, documentation, and administration to ensure effective project flows and accurate deliveries to clients.

You will have a varied assignment and be part of a team where structure, communication, and security are crucial for success.

Examples of tasks

• Support project and program managers with planning, follow-up, and administrative project support
• Compile materials and documentation for project managers and contract managers
• Be responsible for security administration and handling of encrypted communication and shipments
• Manage shipments of export-controlled information and ensure compliance with security requirements
• Plan and coordinate meetings, training, client visits, conferences, and internal activities
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to structured communication
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure correct documentation to clients
• Prepare or lead risk workshops and document identified project and delivery risks

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in similar tasks, preferably in a project-intensive and security-classified environment. You are used to working in a structured manner, service-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating with different roles in the organization. You enjoy keeping administrative flows together and driving work forward in an environment with many contact points.

Requirements

• Education in logistics, administration, economics, human resources, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or similar roles
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good administrative skills and the ability to create structure

Meritorious

• Experience from the industrial, technology, or defense industry
• Knowledge of IFS or similar business systems
• Experience with export control or work in a security-classified environment

Security Protection

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification placement, this may, in certain cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
