Your mission
As a property manager, you have a central role in driving a business-oriented management with a focus on profitability and quality, where you create good conditions for satisfied customers and a well-functioning property portfolio through a professional approach. You will be part of a team of about 20 colleagues in Norrköping and collaborate closely with colleagues in property management, residential and commercial leasing, as well as other support functions.

You will continuously support in management matters and your main areas of responsibility include:

  • Supervising property caretakers and ensuring that service requests and other actions are followed up in our digital systems
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with tenants
  • Coordinating information and being responsible for communication with tenants regarding various matters and projects
  • Ensuring that rounds and controls related to the property owner's responsibilities and regulatory requirements are carried out according to established routines
  • Managing damages and smaller projects in consultation with project managers and following up on these, as well as initiating investment projects
  • Conducting inspections of residential and commercial premises as needed
  • Participating in activities and contributing with the team to develop the residential area, increase customer satisfaction, and create effective management

To succeed in this role, you are self-driven and take clear ownership of your areas of responsibility. You thrive in a fast-paced role where you need to prioritize, make decisions, and follow up on matters. You have broad experience in residential management and are a leader who engages and creates structure in the work. At the same time, you have a good ability to plan and clarify focus areas for both yourself and your team.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education degree in property technology, management, finance/economics, or similar is highly meritorious
  • Broad work experience in property management within the residential segment
  • Good knowledge of general regulatory requirements and property owners' responsibilities.
  • Experience with tenant contact
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are meritorious
  • Good computer skills and system familiarity
  • Driving license B
