Your Responsibilities

To meet future skills needs, we at Skill are launching a 12-month trainee program in collaboration with Arabelle. The program provides you with a unique opportunity to combine training in the company's various functions with practical work in projects close to the role of service or spare parts engineer. This altogether gives you a broad hands-on understanding of the engineering role in an international and high-tech environment.

As a mechanical engineer/mechanical engineer at Arabelle Solutions, you will be an important part of the team that ensures the availability and performance of customers' nuclear power turbines – from maintenance and upgrades to technical consulting. The role is broad and will be tailored to your background and interests. Responsibilities may include managing spare parts, including documentation, material selection, welding, testing, and quality requirements. You may also work on technical investigations and some design of components such as bearings, valves, rotors, couplings, and heat exchangers. Travel to customer facilities for hands-on work may occur depending on profile and preferences.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering or engineering physics.

• Interest in the energy sector and power production.

• General broad understanding of mechanical equipment.

• Proactive and solution-oriented with the courage to question and drive work forward.

• Previous knowledge of hydraulics or steam turbines is an advantage.

• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Furthermore, the position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations.
