About the position

Our client is now looking for an engaged and structured Logistics Project Manager for their service project organization. Here you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for material supply for customer projects around the world, from inspections and modifications to major repairs of gas turbines.

The role offers a varied everyday life where both long-term planned and more urgent deliveries are handled. You will work closely with colleagues in several parts of the business in Finspång, global regions, and not least external customers. As a Logistics Project Manager, you will be a key person in a dynamic environment where conditions can change rapidly.

Your main tasks

As a Logistics Project Manager (LPM), you have overall responsibility for material supply within your projects. In practice, this means that you:

• Ensure material deliveries for both planned and unplanned maintenance as well as repairs, including tools and instruments.
• Follow up and report material status to project managers and drive an active dialogue with customers and local units to ensure high delivery precision.
• Conduct delivery kick-offs and coordinate activities with purchasing, workshop, storage, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor ongoing deliveries, perform root cause analyses, and take corrective actions to maintain high OTD (On-Time Delivery).
• Act as a sub-project manager towards the service workshop during workshop activities.
• Drive continuous improvements and represent logistics project management in various internal interface forums.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Several years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, or relevant education in these areas.
• Good planning skills and a structured approach to work.
• Interest in customer relations and a natural ability to collaborate with many different functions.
• Ease in working both within and across departmental boundaries and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Drive to work customer-focused and the ability to handle changing conditions.
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
• Meritorious: Experience with SAP.
