Your Mission

You will lead a team of 9 property caretakers and be part of an organization with about 20 colleagues. Within the management area, you will closely collaborate with colleagues in property management, residential and commercial leasing, as well as other support functions. The role reports to the area manager, who is located in the same office.

You will lead the daily management, and your main responsibilities include:

  • Active leadership with a focus on engagement, clarity, collaboration, and trust
  • Ensuring a business-driven management with a focus on profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing property operations within your area of responsibility
  • Ensuring effective management of rounds, service requests, cleaning, on-call, and operational agreements
  • Maintaining and developing good relationships and clear communication with tenants
  • Taking overall responsibility for the property owner's commitments and delivery
  • Exercising clear and engaged leadership with a focus on collaboration, responsibility, and development
  • Ensuring proper staffing and creating conditions for a well-functioning team
  • Driving and implementing smaller maintenance projects and managing damages and actions
  • Working long-term to optimize cash flows and develop property values
  • Conducting inspections of residential and commercial properties as needed

To succeed in this role, you take clear ownership of your areas of responsibility and drive the work forward. You thrive in a fast-paced role where you prioritize, make decisions, and follow up on matters. You have broad experience in residential management and are a leader who engages and creates structure in the work. At the same time, you have a good ability to plan and clarify focus areas for both yourself and your team.

Qualifications:

  • Broad work experience in Property Management within the residential segment
  • Documented leadership experience and are a confident leader
  • A college or university degree with a focus on property technology, management, finance/economics, or similar is highly meritorious
  • Good knowledge of general regulatory requirements and property owners' responsibilities.
  • Experience with tenant contact
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, additional language skills are meritorious
  • B driver's license
