We are looking for a Contract Development Engineer (CDE) for a consulting assignment where you will play a central role in coordinating and quality-assuring technical development activities. The assignment involves close collaboration with both internal development teams and external suppliers, where you contribute to ensuring that requirements, deliveries, and quality are met according to set goals. The role suits you who have a strong technical background and thrive in a coordinating and structuring function with a focus on development and follow-up.

In this role, you are responsible for initiating, following up, and ensuring deliveries in development assignments carried out by external parties. You represent the development department in procurement teams and work to collect, structure, and analyze technical requirements for products and services. Furthermore, you prepare technical documentation for requests for proposals and participate in and lead technical evaluations of bids.

You will also work on developing Statement of Work (SOW) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, as well as coordinating technical reviews and follow-up activities. An important part of the assignment is to ensure that quality, functionality, and documentation meet the specified requirements, and that configuration management is conducted in a correct and structured manner.

Mandatory requirements:

• Senior profile with several years of experience in similar work

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent technical education

• Experience in product development

• Experience in requirements management

• Good ability to work in a structured and quality-focused manner

• Ability to work on-site in Linköping

• Experience in procurement processes or collaboration with suppliers

• Experience in preparing technical documentation for requests for proposals

• Experience in working with Statement of Work (SOW)

• Experience in configuration management

• Experience in technical evaluations of bids

• Experience from high-tech operations and/or regulated industries
