Your Role
As a Quality Engineer in industrialization, you will participate in development projects and qualification of new products and equipment in production. You will work cross-functionally, responsible for developing, preparing, and defining quality processes, quality assurance, and quality controls in production.
You will also drive and participate in improvement projects across various production areas, which entails a responsibility to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement where the customer is always at the center.
Examples of what we work with:
- Plan, participate in, and follow up on verification and qualification of products and equipment in production
- Plan and execute FMEA, control plans, and capability analysis
- Analyze results from MSA and Gage R&R
- Lead and coordinate quality and improvement work in production
- Lead and participate in various quality forums
- Investigate root causes of deviations, define corrective actions, and follow up
- Participate in quality audits (product and process)
- SPC, statistical process control
We are looking for a Quality Engineer in industrialization for Tannefors in Linköping.
Your Profile
As a Quality Engineer in industrialization, we see a responsible problem solver who enjoys working in teams as well as independently. To succeed in this role, you should have good communication skills as the role requires you to convincingly explain quality risks to others. We value a humble personality who is open to change and development.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in areas such as quality, mechanics, or chemistry
- Two years of experience in the quality field
- Knowledge/experience of methods for approval of test/measurement equipment, such as MSA and Gage R&R in programs like Minitab
- Knowledge of quality systems and quality standards
- Knowledge/experience of working within Lean, root cause analysis, and FMEA
- Driver's license (B)
- Good communication skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
