The role involves having a broad responsibility together with your team to ensure effective, safe, and long-term sustainable management of the company's properties and facilities.

As a technical manager with personnel responsibility in property technology, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of properties, buildings, and technical facilities.

You lead a group of property technicians in their daily work and work closely with both internal functions and external partners. 

The role is central to ensuring that the properties are technically functional, energy-efficient, and safe for the businesses and people who use them.

The assignment involves developing the working methods towards a more proactive and planned maintenance approach where technical systems, data, and long-term planning contribute to a better customer experience and more sustainable property management.

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Leading, planning, and following up the work for a team of property technicians.
• Ensuring operation, functionality, and availability in properties and parking facilities.
• Being responsible for technical systems such as lighting, ventilation, access control systems, charging infrastructure, and surveillance systems.
• Working with control and regulation systems and following up on energy and operational data.
• Planning and following up on preventive maintenance and developing maintenance plans.
• Driving smaller investment and development projects, such as energy efficiency or
  installation of charging infrastructure.
• Ensuring that statutory controls and inspections are carried out according to applicable regulations.
• Being responsible for cost monitoring and forecasts within the area of responsibility.
• Procurement and follow-up of contracts with contractors.
• Ensuring documentation and reporting of completed actions.
• Being responsible for workplace safety and safety regulations in daily work.

Has a technical background in property management and experience in leading others in an operational environment.

• Post-secondary education in property management, property technology, construction, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in property operations or technical management.
• Experience in leadership or personnel responsibility.
• Good technical understanding of electrical, HVAC, and control technology.
• Experience with digital property systems and case management systems.
• Experience in budget work and cost monitoring.
• Driving license B.

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

• Procurement according to LOU.
