About the Role

In this role, you will work on the construction of electrical cabinets at a comprehensive level – from requirements to finished solutions. You will design electrical cabinets for everything from control systems to fire systems, tailored to gas turbines, customer requirements, and international standards. You will be responsible for drawings, internal wiring, cable layout, and component placement – and you will follow the project all the way to assembly. When the cabinets are being built, you will be close to the assemblers, answering questions, solving obstacles, and ensuring that the construction works in reality. You will have contact with suppliers, design managers, and other interfaces, and you will become a key person in the project. The work often takes place in project cycles of 4–5 months. This is a role for you who likes to understand the whole and enjoys dialogue with others and wants to see your designs become reality.

In this role, you thrive if you are confident in yourself and dare to take initiative when something needs to be solved. You are communicative and social, and you find it easy to collaborate with both assemblers, project managers, and external suppliers. You enjoy being the one who ties the threads together, asks questions when something is unclear, and drives the work forward with a calm and structured approach.

Requirements

Post-secondary education in electrical construction/power or electronics
Good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form
Comfortable working in projects and managing multiple phases simultaneously
Experienced in working on projects
Experience with technical drawings in 2D/3D

Meritorious

Experience with Siemens COMOS, E-plan, or AutoCAD
Practical background as an electrician, for example
Swedish in spoken and written form
Active in studies

In Sweden, this company is particularly strong in power generation and industrial energy solutions, including in Finspång.
