About the position

As a Junior Validation Engineer, you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with technology development alongside teams in software, hardware, and system design. You will plan, execute, and follow up on tests of complex electronic systems to ensure functionality and quality.

You will work agile and collaborate with three teams: one focusing on analysis, bug reports, and customer communication, a lab team performing practical tests, and a project management-oriented team where technical understanding is important.

Responsibilities

The role involves planning, executing, and analyzing tests of advanced electronic systems under supervision, as well as documenting results to ensure functionality and quality.

  • Plan and execute tests for advanced features.
  • Analyze test data and identify deviations and risks.
  • Collaborate closely with teams in software, hardware, and system design.
  • Compile test results and report progress to the team.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a relevant university degree or engineering education, for example in electronics, systems engineering, or technical physics.
  • Has a basic understanding of testing and technical systems.
  • Can analyze data.
  • Has good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

It is a plus if you have

  • An interest in embedded systems.
  • An interest in the automotive industry.
