Team Leader in Systems Engineering

ALTEN in Linköping is now looking for experienced team leaders in the systems engineering field for both our in-house teams and customer projects in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for an engineering team of approximately 3–6 engineers, where you will lead and distribute work while ensuring progress in several parallel projects.

You will work closely with both the team and the customer, focusing on delivery, quality, and collaboration. The projects involve advanced technical solutions related to, among other things, defense products.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have the following experience:

• At least a bachelor's degree in systems engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
• Experience working as a systems engineer or in a similar technical role
• Experience leading teams or projects, preferably smaller teams
• Good understanding of complex technical systems, preferably in aviation, defense, or similar areas
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and create structure and progress
• Strong drive, ambition, and a positive attitude
• Interest in advanced products and technical solutions
• Experience working in MS Project or similar project planning tools
• Swedish citizenship and approved background check according to FMV guidelines are required for the position
