Do you want to work at the forefront of technology and have a central role in projects that shape the future of aircraft? A major client of ours is looking for a sub-project manager with drive, structure, and a holistic view for their operations in Linköping.

As a sub-project manager at our client, you will lead sub-projects with the responsibility of ensuring the delivery of internally manufactured materials to the operations for aircraft modifications. You will drive projects in close collaboration with purchasing, warehousing, production preparation, planning, and internal suppliers. It is your responsibility to organize, plan, and lead the implementation of the project from start to finish. You define resource needs for production technology, set timelines, manage the project's finances, handle project stakeholders, and ensure that collaboration within the project is efficient.

To succeed in the role of sub-project manager, we believe you have a university, college, or vocational education in project management, industrial economics, logistics, or equivalent experience. You also have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role. As a person, you possess a strong drive and have the ability to see solutions instead of problems. You thrive on having many balls in the air and are structured and analytical in your approach. You are fluent in both English and Swedish and enjoy being a spider in the web.

• Bachelor's degree/Master's degree/Vocational degree in industrial economics, project management, mechanical engineering, logistics, or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• For this position, you must undergo and be approved according to current regulations for security protection, which may require a certain citizenship
