Your Role in Product Development with a Focus on Mechanics in the Combitech Talent Program

In the role of a consultant within the Combitech Talent Program, you will alternate between exciting consulting assignments and projects with courses in technology, personal development, and experience building according to Combitech's unique methodology, developed in close collaboration with KTH. We offer you the opportunity to receive tailored professional development based on your specific ambitions and goals in close dialogue with your immediate manager.

Your role will vary depending on the client and project, but the focus will always be on product development within mechanics. This can range from vehicles and aviation equipment to robots, electrical and energy systems, as well as other complex technical solutions. You will work both in teams and independently. You will have the opportunity to learn a lot through your tasks and by solving the team's assigned tasks together with your colleagues.

The assignment will be carried out on-site at the client in Nyköping, but the base location is Linköping.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are an educated Master's or Bachelor's engineer with a mechanical engineering focus, ready to take the first step in your career. You have an interest in new challenges, the willingness to develop as a person and in your role as a consultant and engineer. You can adapt when necessary and have a curiosity that helps you find new smart solutions to challenges that arise. We value the ability to collaborate and develop good relationships with both clients and colleagues. Furthermore, you must have excellent command of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must undergo and pass a security clearance with a background check.
