Saab is in a phase of continued growth where production capacity and strategic choices are crucial to meet future needs. To strengthen our strategic work within production, we are now looking for an experienced Production Strategy Analyst who wants to contribute to the development of efficient, sustainable, and competitive production solutions.

Your Role

As a Production Strategy Analyst, you will play a central role in the development of Saab's production strategies. You will analyze operations, production flows, and capacity needs, and provide well-founded decision-making materials that enhance efficiency, quality, and long-term sustainability.

The role involves close collaboration with management and key functions, as well as participation in strategic initiatives related to global production structure, investments, and establishment issues. Understanding complex industry and Saab's product portfolio is a clear asset in this role.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Analyze and further develop production strategies and production flows
• Prepare decision-making materials for investments, establishments, and expansion opportunities
• Identify areas for improvement related to efficiency, cost, and sustainability
• Evaluate new technologies and production methods
• Drive or contribute to cross-functional strategic projects

The location is Karlskoga or Linköping, depending on your starting point.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in industrial economics, production engineering, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in strategic work within production or industrial operations.

You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured manner, and can translate complex analyses into clear and trustworthy recommendations. As a person, you are confident in your competence, unpretentious in collaborations, and thrive in a role where strategy meets operations.

Experience from complex, technology-intensive industries, preferably related to Saab's product portfolio or similar, is advantageous. The role involves international collaboration, which requires you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
