Mabema is looking for a Technical Project Manager to be responsible for delivery and deployment

Mabema's business area Ammo develops and delivers advanced, automated vision systems that ensure the highest quality, precision, and process control in ammunition manufacturing worldwide. With the help of machine vision, high-resolution cameras, and proprietary software, we enable objective and reliable inspection of critical components – at high speeds and with extreme accuracy.

Mabema is in an exciting growth phase and is now looking for a senior Delivery and Deployment Manager for our Business Support function. The role is central to our organization and has a significant impact on how we deliver value to our customers globally.

About the Role

In this role, you will ensure smooth and professional planning and execution of deliveries and deployments of Mabema's solutions. You will act as the link between the customer, installation team, R&D, Marketing, and Logistics – and become an important guarantee for quality, structure, and customer satisfaction.

The role combines strategic planning and coordination with operational participation as needed. You will also have clear responsibilities within service agreements and spare parts sales, as well as providing technical and business support in larger procurements and RFQ processes.

This is a senior specialist role with a clear future opportunity to take on team leadership responsibilities as the Business Support function grows.

Your Responsibilities at a Glance

• Plan and coordinate deliveries and deployments together with customers and installation technicians

• Ensure the right resources and competencies for field operations

• Be the primary contact point for the customer during the delivery and deployment phase

• Contribute to RFQ and quotation work with technical input as well as time and resource assessments

• Document, follow up, and develop processes related to delivery and deployment

• Be responsible for pricing and use of the spare parts list towards the customer in collaboration with Marketing

• Be responsible for service agreements and planning of service visits in collaboration with Marketing

• Support the installation team and Marketing with technical efforts as needed at the customer

We Believe You Have:

We are looking for someone who is confident in their technical skills and experienced in taking responsibility in complex delivery environments. We seek someone with an engineering background or equivalent work experience in automation, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering. You have several years of experience in project management, delivery planning, or other customer-facing technical roles and possess a good technical understanding of industrial installations, preferably with a focus on automation. You have the ability to switch between strategic planning work and operational participation and thrive in a role with many contact points. Furthermore, you have strong communication skills and are used to international customer dialogue. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, as most of our customers are located within the EU and the USA.
