For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Process Improvement Manager for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. This assignment offers you the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. Initially, this is a consulting assignment for 8 months via Unik Resurs with a very good chance of extension. We apply continuous selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

About the Role

As a Process Improvement Manager within R&D, you will be responsible for managing and further developing our core processes, such as the product development process, handling product deviations, and related instructions and tools. You will drive improvement initiatives and act as a project manager in larger process-related projects. In this role, you may also work with digitalization within R&D, including PLM tools and AI solutions where relevant.

Your Assignment

You will support MGT's engineering organizations in process and tool-related issues. The R&D processes are used throughout Siemens Energy AB, which means your work will have a broad impact on the business.

The role contributes to:

• Improved quality assurance within engineering operations
• More efficient and structured workflows
• Successful change management

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience and knowledge in process improvement
• The ability to drive and lead change initiatives
• Experience in project management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• A Master's degree in engineering or equivalent competence through experience
• Very good knowledge of English (requirement)

Meritorious

• Experience in IT tool development and digitalization
• Experience leading larger meetings and workshops
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, Six Sigma, and/or Lean
• Knowledge of Swedish
