About 60 colleagues work here in areas such as sales, customer service, production, and logistics planning. Your Future Challenge

As a Logistics Planner with us, you will play an important role in our supply chain and be responsible for planning, booking, coordinating, and following up on transports to markets both within and outside of Europe. With a focus on reliability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness, you ensure that our products reach customers on time and in the right way.

The role involves close collaboration with many internal and external parties. You are a natural contact point between our mills, production planning, customer service, and sales organization – as well as with carriers, freight forwarders, terminals, and international partners. You will also handle documentation related to transport bookings and actively contribute to developing and improving our logistics processes.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, book, and coordinate international transports
  • Follow up on deliveries with a focus on quality, cost, and sustainability
  • Handle transport and export documentation
  • Collaborate closely with internal functions and external logistics partners
  • Participate in continuous improvements of work methods and processes
  • Approve invoices in the business system (IFS)

To Succeed in the Role

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused, and who thrives in a role where conditions can change rapidly. You are confident in making decisions within given frameworks, communicate clearly, and find it easy to collaborate with people from different cultures and businesses.

You are self-driven, take initiative, and remain calm even when the pace is high. With an analytical approach, you identify problems and find sustainable solutions – always with the customer in focus.

We See That You Have:

  • Vocational training in logistics, supply chain, or engineering, or a university degree in one of these areas.
  • Experience in administrative work, preferably within supply chain or logistics
  • Familiarity with working in business systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and business English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience in operational transport planning or have worked in or with the process industry.
