About the assignment:
We are looking for an engaged and experienced Logistic Project Manager to join our team in Finspång. The role is central to ensuring successful planning, coordination, and execution of our logistics projects. You will be a key person driving projects forward, analyzing material flows, and ensuring that milestones are achieved as planned.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Conduct material flow analyses and monitor interfaces between different project areas.
• Utilize SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik for planning and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and quality.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage deviations and ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.
• Plan resources with a focus on execution and ongoing personnel needs.

Who are you?

• You have a master's or bachelor's degree in project management, logistics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in project planning, scheduling, and logistics management.
• Strong analytical, structured, and proactive with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and accustomed to interacting with various levels both internally and externally.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with SAP, Qlik Sense, or Primavera P6 is an advantage.
