We are currently seeking a Process System Engineer – Liquid Fuel for our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. This assignment provides you with the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment with many development opportunities. Initially, this is a consultancy assignment for approximately 7 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good possibility of extension. We apply ongoing selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Process Engineering team for fuel systems is in an expansive phase, and we are now looking for a system engineer for our Liquid Fuel team. The team currently consists of 5 engineers located in Sweden and India working on various projects. In total, we are 19 engineers within gas and liquid fuels. We are a collaborative team that supports each other as needed and have an open and trusting working method. You will also be part of the larger Engineering team within MGT, where we work closely with colleagues in installation, electrical, and control & regulation. Together, we carry out projects focusing on delivering the best possible solution for both the customer and the company.

Responsibilities

As a system engineer in Liquid Fuel, you will:

Be responsible for the fuel system for liquid fuel and ensure that the project's technical requirements meet the customer's and company's requirements
Evaluate technical solutions from suppliers together with other technical functions and work on development and standards
Ensure good and professional collaboration with suppliers and other disciplines
Be responsible for technical solutions and the system's economy within the project
Work closely with internal interfaces and contribute as an active team player
Provide quick and effective technical support during troubleshooting together with project managers

Location

The position is located at Siemens Energy in Finspång, and we are looking for someone who can work on-site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant technical education
Several years of relevant work experience and a desire to take the next step in your career
