Logistics Project Planner

We are looking for a driven and meticulous logistics project planner for our client in Finspång who wants to contribute to creating structure and progress in complex projects. In this role, you will have a central position in the project organization, where you work closely with technical specialists, procurement, production, and other support functions to ensure that projects are delivered according to plan.

For this position, you will be employed by Poolia and work as a consultant. Start is desired as soon as possible. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.

About the Position

As a logistics project planner, you will be responsible for developing and following up on project plans, timelines, and material flows throughout the project's lifecycle. You will work daily in systems such as SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik to analyze data, follow up on deviations, and provide the project team with an updated status.

Your Main Responsibilities

Your role includes, among other things:

• Creating and updating project plans and schedules.
• Analyzing material flows and ensuring that the project's logistical dependencies are managed correctly.
• Following up on progress and ensuring current status updates.
• Working cross-functionally to ensure that project milestones are achieved according to schedule.
• Identifying trends and areas for improvement through project data and reporting.
• Ensuring that internal and external standards, procedures, and regulations are followed.
• Managing deviations and initiating corrective actions.
• Responsible for resource planning related to project staffing and needs.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has:

• A bachelor's degree or master's degree in planning, project management, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in project planning and scheduling, either from work or through relevant educational projects.
• Good ability to work in a structured manner, prioritize correctly, and manage multiple parallel tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in data and improvement work.
• Strong communication skills and ease in collaborating with different types of people and competencies.

It is advantageous if you have experience with:

• SAP
• Primavera P6
• Qlik Sense or similar analysis tools
