Field Service Planner Wanted

About the Position

As a Field Service Planner, you will work on planning and coordinating resources within global gas turbine projects. You will be a key person in ensuring that the right competence is in the right place at the right time, in close collaboration with both internal interfaces and an experienced team. You will manage complex planning flows and be a central point of contact in the organization. The role requires good communication skills, structure, and a solution-oriented approach.

You will be part of a team of over 33 employees, divided into functions that handle everything from preparation and visas to invoicing and field service. There is a strong team spirit and a shared focus on quality and delivery.

The position is a consulting assignment through Poolia that lasts for one year with good chances of extension. Selection and interviews will be conducted continuously. We warmly welcome your application today!

Your Main Responsibilities

• Operational and strategic planning of field resources
• Coordination with internal and global interfaces
• Management of planning systems such as SAP, SalesForce, etc.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in service, logistics, or similar
• The ability to work in a structured manner and manage multiple parallel tasks
• Good collaboration skills and communication style
• Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
