Your Responsibilities

As a planner with capacity responsibility, you will work both strategically and operationally. You will build and maintain a global overview of resources, coordinate teams for specific projects, and collaborate closely with international contacts and regions. Your contribution directly impacts efficient resource utilization, high delivery precision, and satisfied customers.

You will be part of an international and dedicated team that works with everything from preparation, visas, and invoicing to the field service organization. The team strives for high quality and efficiency in deliveries, focusing on creating value for customers worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain capacity plans in the short, medium, and long term.

• Operational and strategic planning of resources globally.

• Monitor occupancy in real-time and take action in case of over- or under-capacity.

• Coordinate with internal and external interfaces, including international contacts.

• Manage planning data and ensure high quality in systems such as SAP, Salesforce/FSL, and Primavera.

• Conduct scenario runs, prepare decision-making materials, and lead meetings with stakeholders.

• Contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing for trainees as a natural part of the job.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in service, planning, and/or logistics.

• Is analytical, structured, and has good communication skills.

• Can prioritize under time pressure and is driven by improving work methods.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Post-secondary education in logistics, planning, or equivalent.

• Experience working in an international environment.

• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and preferably Primavera.
