Due to exciting new contracts and upcoming deliveries, we need to expand the flight operations team with an additional Remote Pilot. The Skeldar V-200 is a platform for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) tailored for the military and civilian markets worldwide. The primary focus of the flight operations team is to conduct functional tests, test flights, develop new systems, demo flights, train Remote Pilots and Technicians, and deliver to customers. As a Remote Pilot, you will work in operational teams alongside helicopter technicians and flight test engineers. The workplace is dynamic as it alternates between the facility in Linköping and various locations where we have flight permissions.
You will start your service with comprehensive training that includes the entire system, flight simulations, and test flights. As you become self-sufficient, you will also have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and eventually be involved in the training we conduct for our customers. In the role of Remote Pilot within the flight operations team, you will:
Fly the Skeldar V-200
Participate in test flights, demonstrations, and the startup phase with customers
Conduct training for customers as well as internal staff
Perform functional checks, planning, and preparations for flights
Conduct follow-up work and debriefing after flights
Work closely with the organization to ensure delivery and that the project progresses
Work based on the organization's needs, both nationally and internationally.

Are you the one we are looking for?
We place great importance on personal qualities for you to thrive in the role. We are looking for someone who can collaborate with others and who is skilled at communicating clearly with others. You take responsibility for the tasks that need to be done and can carry out your duties independently. We see that you have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the aviation industry. You hold or have held a pilot certificate for an aircraft or a helicopter. Experience with unmanned aerial systems, UAS, or if you have experience flying UAS, either civil or military, is a plus.
For this position, high proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
Desirable/additional qualifications: Knowledge of other languages.
