Your Responsibilities

Do you want to help plan resources for global gas turbine projects and make a difference in a dynamic international environment? We are now looking for a committed Field Service Planner to join the team at Nysidan at Siemens Energy.

About the Role

As a Field Service Planner, you will be the hub of resource planning, ensuring that the right skills are in the right place at the right time. You will work closely with both the team and internal interfaces, playing a central role in planning global projects.

We are looking for someone who is communicative, responsive, and driven, and who enjoys managing complex flows with structure and engagement.

The team consists of just over 33 employees, divided into different functions handling everything from preparation, visas, and invoicing to the field service organization.

Responsibilities

• Operational and strategic planning of field resources.

• Coordination with internal and global interfaces.

• Management of planning flows in systems such as OnePM and Salesforce.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who...

• Has experience in service and/or logistics.

• Can work systematically and manage multiple parallel tasks.

• Has good communication skills and collaborates well with others.

• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in logistics, planning, or equivalent.

• Experience working in an international environment.

• Knowledge of OnePM and Salesforce.
