Your Responsibilities

As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring the implementation of logistical parts in Siemens projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and support project progress through clear planning, analysis, and follow-up.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Developing and maintaining project plans and schedules

• Monitoring project progress and ensuring current updates

• Analyzing material flows and logistical interfaces

• Identifying risks, deviations, and areas for improvement in project data

• Ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations

• Working with resource and staffing planning related to project needs

• You will use systems and tools such as SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik/Qlik Sense in your daily work.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, analytical, and self-driven. You have the ability to manage multiple parallel projects and thrive in a role where you combine planning, analysis, and collaboration.

We see that you have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in project management, planning, logistics, or a related field

• Experience in project planning and scheduling (recent graduates with the right skills are also welcome to apply)

• Good prioritization skills and a proactive working approach

• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with different functions

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SAP, Primavera P6, and/or Qlik Sense

Good to know

• The position is based in Finspång

• On-site presence is required at least 3 days a week

• The position will be filled as soon as possible, focusing on the right match
